Natalia Sanche assists clients both in corporate and contractual matters as well as in judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution processes. She is a member of our Compliance practice, carrying out internal investigations and developing compliance and anti-corruption programs and policies in first tier Argentine and regional companies.
She also analyzes and resolves complex civil, commercial and administrative litigation. She has focused especially on insolvency cases and damage claims. She has substantive experience in claims and litigation deriving from breaches of the Consumer Defense Law and on issues relating to personal data protection.
