Leandro Chamorro Magide is in charge of our litigation department. He has focused his professional and academic career on three key aspects: the analysis and resolution of complex civil, commercial and administrative disputes (with special emphasis on litigation); Media and Entertainment Law; and labor law as it applies specifically to content producers.

As legal advisor to Cuatro Cabezas S.A. (now Eyeworks Argentina) he participated in the production of television shows Caiga Quien Caiga, Punto Doc, Camino a la Gloria, Super M 2002, E-24, Proyecto 48, Historia Secreta and Algo Habrán Hecho por la Historia Argentina.

He has given comprehensive legal advice for the production of works of fiction (La Ciénaga, Los que aman odian, El donante, Nadie nos mira) and documentaries (Los Corroboradores, Afroargentina, among others) for television and cinema. He advises clients in litigations relating to the violation of intellectual property rights and damage claims in the entertainment industry.

He teaches graduate courses relating to Audiovisual Communication Services and has given conferences nation-wide on the legal aspects of the international sale of content.
